Description
SERICIS strains Old bobal is made exclusively from selected grapes from low-yielding old vines. This wine demonstrates the quality potential of Bobal, a native grape from Utiel-Requena. Destemming and gentle squeezing of the grape, followed by a long maceration at controlled temperature and by an exclusive system of remounting. Malolactic fermentation. Ageing in French oak barrels for a minimum of ocho months.
Tasting note of old Bobal strains
Old Bobal strains is of intense cherry red color with light tile edging.
Deep and complex Aroma, reminiscent of forest strawberries on a balsamic background of toffee and vanilla.
Fresh, dense and meaty flavor, with round tannins and very long aftertaste.
