Vietti Timorasso Derthona is a white wine from Piedmont made entirely from Timorasso grapes, an indigenous variety that has resurfaced in recent years thanks to its strong personality and great ageing potential.

Sourced from selected vineyards in the Derthona area, this wine reflects Vietti’s commitment to reviving traditions and giving prominence to the region’s historic grape varieties.

It is a white wine of great complexity and mineral character, combining authenticity, freshness and structure, showcasing the versatility of Timorasso and its ability to evolve in the bottle.

Tasting notes

It displays a bright straw-yellow color with golden reflections.

On the nose, it offers an intense and elegant bouquet, with notes of stone fruits such as peach and apricot, ripe citrus, white flowers, Mediterranean herbs and a marked mineral background.

On the palate, it is broad, fresh and balanced, with good acidity, a rich texture and a long, persistent finish where fruity, floral and mineral nuances reappear, highlighting its Piedmontese complexity and authenticity.
