A Torna Dos Pasas 2020

A Torna Dos Pasas is a red wine made by Luis Anxo Rodríguez in Arnoia, D.O. Ribeiro, with Brancellao, Caíño and Ferrol.

Luis Anxo Rodríguez created a small family winery in 1988 in Paixón, in the municipality of Arnoia. It has 2.7 hectares of vineyards spread over 29 plots.

A Torna Dos Pasas comes from old plots of land that were gradually converted with native varieties, some of which have almost disappeared.

It is a wine made with Brancellao, Caíño and Ferrol. Harvested by hand, destemmed and cold macerated. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months in used oak barrels.

A Torna Dos Pasas is a fresh, delicate and suggestive wine.

Very complex on the nose and in the mouth. It stands out for its balance between fresh red fruit, balsamic notes and mineral background.
