Appearance: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and abundant bubble, with good tear formation.
Aroma: Intense with fruity notes of green apple, along with fine balsamic touches, toast and spices that confers its passage through barrel.
Final impression: In the mouth it appears dry and glyceric, with thick and creamy foam, highlighting the freshness of the fruit and the balsamic notes on a background of toast and vanilla.
Pairing: As an aperitif and at any time. It accompanies perfectly Iberian ham, shellfish, sauce fish, risottos, poultry, smoked, foie gras, white and red meats and semicured cheeses.
Serve between 6 and 7 °c.
