Albariño Follando Novas is a white wine of the Rías Baixas appellation made by Bodega Paco & Lola.
Made with grapes from vineyards between 20 and 40 years old.
The vineyards are cultivated in loamy-Sandy, granite and slightly acid soils.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 º C for 21 days.
Albariño Tasting Note fuck Novas
Albariño Follando Novas is straw yellow with green and intense edges. Limpid and Bright.
On nose medium-high intensity where white and citrus flowers stand out. Balsamic background with memories of lemongrass.
In mouth fresh acidity, well balanced and very floral and balsamic in the retronasal.
