GX is an organically produced dry red wine made from Garnacha Negra grapes by Alta Alella.
Red wine from organic farming, made with the Garnacha negra variety. After destemming, the grapes undergo a maceration-fermentation process for 15 days at 22ºC in stainless steel tanks in order to obtain the maximum fruity aromas. After this time, the grapes are gently pressed and, once the malolactic fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks, the wine is immediately bottled.
Appearance-Cherry red cherry colour with violet reflections.
Nose-Red fruit aromas overlaid with floral aromas (violets).
Mouth-Very fruity wine, reminiscent of red fruits, fresh and very well balanced. Fruity aftertaste with pleasant tannins.
