Juniper Altos 2016 is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero. After a career as a winemaker in reference wineries, he began the adventure in Juniper High , "Bodega Boutique", once located the ideal soils to cultivate the grape that will bring the maximum expressiveness and character to its wines.
Juniper Altos is a limited and numbered edition. 100, 1% red Fino, It remains 18 months in French fine-grained casks.

Juniper high 2016 is Chigh APA with dark background and bruised edging.
Nose of Frutos Black and ripe reds joined by a very balsamic background. Fine touches of cocoa and black licorice. Memories of the juniper and thyme forests surrounding this unique plot.
Voluminous entry of ripe fruit, black plums. In El Paso we fill the whole mouth with subtle balsamic touches that dance with the licorice and blackberries. The end is a souvenir of a landscape with a marked presence of the land where this plot grows. A Ferruginoso soil rich in silica and micas that brings finesse and elegance.
