Description
Atlantis Mencía 2014 is a red wine of the appellation of Origin Bierzo elaborated by Atlantis by Maetierra.
Old vineyards, of around 50 years, planted in slopes of between 450 and 600 meters of altitude. Soils are clayey with slate components.
The harvest is manual. Maceration lasts 8 days. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 8 days. Malolactic fermentation lasts about a week.
Atlantis Tasting Note Mencía 2014
Atlantis Mencía 2014 is a cherry red colour with intense violet hues. On the nose we find fruits
Red and black, balsamic notes and some earthy and mineral touch. In the mouth is fruity, fresh and harmonious, and has some floral memories.
