Audentia Sauvignon Blanc & Muscat is a white wine from the D.O. P Valencia DEVELOPED by Bodegas Murviedro. The courage, "Audentia" in Latin, defined the inhabitants of Valencia during the period of the Reconquista. In Murviedro we honor your memory with these wines that are characterized by their structure and character.
Vinification with cold film maceration and fermentation at 14 º C for the Sauvignon Blanc. The Muscat variety is produced under the technique of carbonated maceration. Assembly and brief homogenization in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
