This exotic name Citrus is one of the most peculiar, both because of its origin and its application. It is dehydrated skin of the fruit of the dwarf orange (or Chinese orange). It is the smallest fruit of the citrus family and the only one whose skin is edible, with an amalgam of very diverse flavors, since its shell presents a slightly acid sweet flavor and its pulp is somewhat more bitter.
