Barbazul Rosado Syrah is a rosé wine made with Syrah from Cádiz by Huerta de Albalá.
The grapes used to make it come from their own vineyard and are harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 12ºC for 14 days from quality must.
Barbazul Syrah Tasting Notes
Sight: Salmon colour, with hints of bird's eye.
Nose: Floral aromas stand out on the nose, as well as red and tropical fruits.
Taste: Sparkling in the mouth, elegant and balanced, with great expression of fruit and a long and enveloping aftertaste.
