Baynos Magnum is a red wine produced by Bodegas Mauro in D.O.Ca. Rioja with Tempranillo and Graciano grapes.

Organic viticulture with biodynamic practices and the use of animal traction.
Alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in concrete vats and ageing for 20 months in 228 litre French oak barrels.

Tasting notes of Baynos

Baynos is a wine with a complex, fruity nose, very broad and full of nuances.

In the mouth it is a fresh wine, with silky tannins. The wood remains in the background but is present. Superb, powerful and at the same time very pleasant.
