The Chardonnay come exclusively from two legendary plots of vineyards - Bouron Leroi and Bouron du Midi - located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, in the terroir of Cramant. Located halfway up the southeast slope of this exceptional Grand Cru, these two plots enjoy exposure to the first rays of sunlight that illuminate the dawn, which causes a slow and even maturation of the grapes.
