The white wine Belondrade and Lurton belongs to the denomination wines of the land of Castile and is elaboado with grapes 100% Verdejo.
Fermented and bred with its lees in French oak barrels of 300 litres. Each parcel is fermented and bred separately. The fermentation has been developed spontaneously controlled with 100% of native yeasts.
At the end of a breeding of 10-12 months a selection is made and "assemblage". At least it stays six months in a bottle.
Average annual production of 80,000-90,000 bottles, 495 magnums (1.5 liters) and between 70 and 100 double-magnums (3 liters).

TASTING ON THE NOSE
On the nose is powerful. Notes of ripe fruit appear along with sweet spices, creamy oak, dressing herbs and mineral notes.
TASTING IN THE MOUTH
On the palate it is fatty, tasty and fresh. It has a smoky retronasal and a good acidity.
