The Bienbebido collection is the result of a challenge: to find the perfect wine to take with different dishes. To achieve this, VINTAE organized a meeting of friends in which to experiment with different varieties and coupages.
Winemakers, sommeliers, chefs and lovers of the wine world
They tasted and sampled to define the perfect companion for the Octopus, the chicken, the pork, the cow, the cheese or the ham.
For the ham, the experts decided on a fresh wine, with lots of fruit, round, a fine tempranillo that cleans the mouth for the next bite.

It came with violet hues, complex on the nose, with aromas of red fruits and licorice typical of Tempranillo combined with a roasted touch of the cask. In the mouth it is very pleasant with a good sweet entrance, followed by an adequate acidity and ripe tannin that provides a long and pleasant aftertaste.
