Blanc de Pissarres 2020

Blanc de Pissarres is a white wine of the D.O. Priorat made by THE winery Costers del Priorat.

Of very limited production, the only white wine of Costers del Priorat comes from selected plots of the fincas of Sant Martí and Mas Alsera. It links the expressions of the indigenous varieties: the mineral depth of the Macabeo; The citric energy, purely Mediterranean, of the Garnacha Blanca; The warmth of the Pedro Ximénez. Purity and joy in a wine that we recommend for any time, always fresh.

The grapes are selected, stemmeded and maceraed for three days. Then the must is gently pressed with the remaining scratches. The fermentation starts spontaneously, partly in stainless steel tanks, part in French oak barrels of 225 litres.
