Blanc Pescador Premium is a white wine with rearing that goes one step further and, maintaining the fine point characteristic of the Blanc Pescador, añae the modern touch of the grapes Xarello and Chardonnay, with the plus of sophistication that contributes the Ageing of two months in barrel of a part of the Chardonnay.
Tasting notes of Blanc Pescador Premium
Premium white fisherman is golden straw yellow.
It has an intense aroma of fresh fruit (plantain and apple) with notes of vanilla derived from the ageing in wood.
The mouth has a lot of volume and a very well-coupled acidity thanks to its needle point. It is a powerful wine, medium-high structure, and its end has a nice touch of fresh herbs.
