Blue Gin, the first gin produced in Austria, is made from a type of wheat called "Mulan", indigenous to the area. All botanicals are carefully selected and then distilled in a very small 300 litre still.

COLOUR: crystalline

NOSE: it is acidic and floral. Very aromatic in general.

MOUTH: balanced and rounded with predominant flavours of citrus and juniper.
