Bonanto has intensity and freshness in the nose, with aromas of Mediterranean forest, where the rosemary, thyme and laurel stand out, which accompanies the itchy sensations reminiscent of ginger. Fruity background with ripe citrus flares that, while refreshing, rounds the aromatic complexity.
With a friendly entrance and a greedy feeling, the low sugar quality and cherry texture define a light drink but with unctuous persistence in the mouth.
It advances with an intense citrus freshness and slightly spices, hot and fruityy notes appear. The right point of bitterness gives it more depth and a longer aftertaste.
