Boodles is a dry London dry gin, known for having a discreet juniper touch and a unique profile. It is a slightly sweet, clean gin with floral notes. Since citrus botanicals are not used, the pinch of apparent lemon zest on the palate may come from a generous use of coriander seeds. We will also receive fruity and herbal notes with sweet spices.
