Gianduja Chocolate was born in Piedmont in 1806, when the master confectioners Piemontese, due to the high costs of cocoa, decided to replace it in part with the paste of toasted hazelnuts and finely ground. Thus was born a chocolate with an intense and elegant flavor, with a typical bouquet of cocoa and hazelnuts that we also find in GIANDUJA Bottega, a cream that is characterized by its soft sweetness and that can satisfy even the most demanding palate. The addition of Grappa gives this product a particular aroma that makes it unique and unmistakable.
