Pannacotta Bottega is produced using the same raw materials and the same preparation methods as this dessert. The cream, which is made exclusively with milk from the Alps, is cooked for a long time with Madagascar vanilla berries. There are therefore two main ingredients, carefully selected and of the highest quality: Alpine milk cream, which gives our cream its intensity and typicality, and Madagascar vanilla, which has a distinctive flavour and a rich, rounded fragrance.
