Cachaça 51 is the brand of Cachaça with more tradition in Brazil and market leader for several decades. In addition, it is the most sold in the world and leader in most of the markets where it is distributed.

It is obtained from the distillation of the fermented juice of the sugar cane. The distillate is stored in stainless steel tanks for two to three months to rest before being processed for bottling.
