Castell de Raimat Chardonnay 2020

Castell DE Raimat Chardonnay is a white wine made with grapes from its own vineyard. Because Raimat bets on quality and it is clear that only with the best grape, you can make a great wine.

All the vineyards are certified by the CICC (Consell Català de Producció integrated) as grapes produced with methods respectful of the environment and the health of the people.

Thanks to the possibility of being able to harvest a staggered way, different styles of Chardonnay are obtained. The coupage consists in mixing these styles of Chardonnay to give complexity to the wine, without straying from the initial objective: to maintain the fruit, freshness and acidity.
