Champagne Jacquesson 739 Extra Brut is a champagne made from a blend of 57% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Noir and 22% Pinot Meunier.
These are balanced, harmonious and homogeneous wines. Jacquesson champagnes are a long-established name and the house is one of the most reputable among connoisseurs. Each year, it gives its non-vintage Brut (BSA) a number: 738, 739, etc. This is a way of identifying the style of each vintage and encouraging fans to age the wines. All Jacquesson cuvées age beautifully, whether they are late disgorged or not. This sublime Champagne house is one of our favorites in the region.
Number 739 is based on the 2011 vintage, which had a cold and wet winter, a very warm and dry spring, despite some frosts, a dull start to summer but with a much nicer end to the season.
