Cinzano Rosso 1l is a red vermouth made with Italian red wine and sugar to which herbs and spices are added among which we can highlight the Cilangro, juniper, orange rind, clove, nutmeg and wormwood. It is known all over the world as "The vermouth of Torino"
The wines with which all the Cinzano are made (both the Rosso and the Extra Dry and the Bianco) are white, mainly of the Ugni Blanc and Chenin strains, of grapes harvested approximately one month before the normal date to make wines with these varieties. This is done to obtain less alcoholic and expressive wines, so that in the final result of the process what has the greatest prominence are the herbs.
