Bodega Campoluz, wants to fully ensure the satisfaction and confidence of our customers and users, that is why adjusting to articles 68 to 79 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the revised text of the General consumer Law, our customers have the Right to exercise the withdrawal of the purchase, with a call, sending of fax or e-mail to any of the following services:

The procedure for exercising the withdrawal of the purchase requires:

  • Notification by any of the above means, within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • The return of the product in perfect condition in its original packaging.
  • The sending of return to the client and to our facilities located in the Avda of Alicante 39, 03202 Elche (Alicante), indicating the number of the original order.
  • After checking that the return complies with the above requirements, BODEGA CAMPOLUZ S.L. will make the payment of 100% of the amount paid by the customer corresponding to the merchandise returned, within a period of less than 5 business days. The company will not return the amount corresponding to the shipments.
  • In the case of not complying with the above requirements, BODEGA CAMPOLUZ S.L. will contact the client to clarify any doubt or incidence detected.


In case BODEGA CAMPOLUZ, S.L. made a mistake and sent a product that is not the one bought by the client (according to the order confirmation) or a defective product, the company will be responsible for the management and processing of the change of the same for the correct product , assuming the cost of the return and Losdel new shipment.

For the management of this type of ncidencias must be proceed as follows:

  • Communicate to the company by any of the means indicated in the previous point, the incidence.
  • From that moment on, BODEGA CAMPOLUZ. S.L. will contact the client to manage the withdrawal of the wrong product, and the delivery of the correct product.
  • In the case of a package returned for repeated absence or rejection of the delivery by the customer, the expenses generated will be borne by the buyer, and the company shall return the amount corresponding to the purchased merchandise.
