DOMAINE BOULEY - VOLNAY 2018

Domaine R&P Bouley Volnay is a red wine of the Pinot noir variety from the Volnay appellation. It is produced in a small domaine with a long history in Volnay. It is a delicate and floral wine on the nose, with aromas of raspberry and violet.

Temperature controlled fermentation with daily pump-overs and a maximum of two or three pump-overs during the entire vatting period. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked and then rested. Aged for 12 months in barrels.
