Domaine Gramenon Sierra du Sud is a red wine made by Domaine Gramenon in Côtes du Rhone from Syrah.

Sierra du Sud is an authentic Syrah, which immerses itself in its surroundings and feels at home as the play of the Provençal landscape is lightly enveloped in a thick layer of dark purple fruit. Cool evenings at high altitude add an appealing freshness to this wine.

Sierra du Sud is made with Syrah (100%) from a vineyard in Montbrison sur Lez (Rhone Valley). It is a very elegant, complex wine with balanced tannins. Maceration in tanks for 15 days. Fermented with natural yeast. Aged for 8 months.

Domaine Gramenon has become one of the most important wine producers in the Rhône Valley. Located at the northern end of the southern valley, it produces wines of unique character and mature terroir, made naturally, with no added sulphur or filtering.
