The white wine Dog green is a white wine of the denomination Rueda, elaborated 100% with Verdejo grapes.
For the elaboration of this wine the most advanced technology is used, with machinery that gently treats the grape to extract its juice, control of the fermentation temperatures to be able to preserve the primary aromas of the grape, and subsequent final stabilization Before bottling.
Tasting note of the Green Dog
The green dog is pale straw yellow. In the nose it expresses the whole aromatic range of Verdejo: hay, ripe fruit, anise. In the mouth is glyceric and with a good structure, with elegant and bitter end of the variety.
