Tasting Note by Emina Verdejo 

Emina Verdejo is a monovarietal of pale straw yellow with a greenish reflection and a steely edge, clean and very bright. In olfactory phase, it is a wine of high intensity, with aromas of fresh apricot, subtle shades of white flower and low mount with aniseed of fennel and elegant tropical of fresh pineapple. Elegant and subtle citrus grapefruit bottom. In the mouth it has an excellent length and balance between the fresh sensations of acidity and the warmth of its moderate alcoholic graduation, with elegant bitterness of the Verdejo variety and intense flavors of fresh fruit, vivid citrus and elegant aniseed, which They arise in retronasal and give freshness and length to the wine.
