Emina Verdejo on lees is a white wine made from own vineyards, where the yeast that carries out the fermentation, respecting to the maximum the singularity of the terroir, is also selected from its own plots of Verdejo, in the appellation of origin.

Tasting notes of Emina Verdejo On Lees

Visually it is a straw yellow white wine with greenish reflections, clean and very bright. On the nose it is a very intense wine with aromas of stone fruit, fresh pineapple and aniseed and grapefruit background.
On the palate, layered with great mouthfeel. Length and balance between the fresh acidity and elegant bitterness of the Verdejo variety, as well as intense flavours of apricot, soft tropical and lively citrus.
