The limited edition Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is distilled at Akita Distillery, located in the Akita prefecture of Japan on the island of Honshu.
From the spring waters of the Honsu Mountains, Etsu Double Yuzu takes its fresh and light aromas. Etsu Yuzu Gin macerates for seven days a series of traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha tea. After maceration, the gin is only distilled without the botanicals to add fresh mountain water, which gives this gin its fresh taste. Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is fresh and citrusy, made with natural ingredients, giving this gin a unique and light finish.
