Description

Finca Calvestra Margas 2020 is a white wine produced by Bodega Mustiguillo, renowned for its commitment to native varieties and sustainable viticulture.

This wine comes from vineyards located on Finca Calvestra, at an altitude of 900 meters in Requena, where the Merseguera grape has been grafted onto old Bobal vines. The marl soils and Mediterranean mountain climate lend this wine its uniqueness and character.

The grapes are harvested manually, followed by a rigorous bunch selection. Fermentation takes place in 500-liter barrels with native yeasts, and the wine ages for 11 months on fine lees in multi-use acacia barrels, followed by two years of bottle aging.
