Langhe Nebbiolo is produced from vineyards located in Monforte and Castiglione Falletto. During its production, it undergoes a temperature-controlled fermentation process with the cap submerged for a period of 15 days. It is then aged for several months in medium to large oak barrels and cement vats. This wine presents itself as an expression of great elegance and class, in which structure and sophistication are perfectly combined. It is particularly suitable for ageing, reaching its optimum fullness after 8 to 10 years.
