Guímaro Finca Pombeiras 2020

Guímaro Finca Pombeiras is a red wine from Ribeira Sacra produced by Adega Guímaro from Caíño tinto, Grenache, Mencía and Souson.

Its predecessor vintage was just shy of the mythical 100 Parker points. The great wine of the winery, the one that most faithfully represents the terroir that characterises the Ribeira Sacra. Aged for 12 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
Only 600 bottles of Guimaro Finca Pombeiras are produced.

Dark cherry red colour.

Delicate and elegant aromas. Black fruit, scrubland herbs, liquorice, spices, floral notes.

Fresh, smooth and fruity on the palate. Floral, mineral. Great balance between tannins and acidity.
