Guitian Godello fermented in cask 2015 is a white wine with 6 months of ageing in D.O. Valdeorras oak casks. The raw material with which it is produced Guititan Godello fermented in cask It comes from vineyards of more than 30 years that are harvested manually when the grapes are in the Optimum ripening time.
Its vinification begins with a pre- fermentation maceration of the grapes at low temperature followed by a slight pressing. Subsequently the must is defanged and transferred to stainless steel tanks where it ferments at controlled temperatures.
Finally, the wine rests for 6 months in oak casks before being filtered and bottled.

Guitian Godello fermented in barrel 2015 is a golden yellow colour with greenish hues.
Intense and complex aromas of fruits of bone (peach) and citrus (grapefruit), with vegetable nuances (fennel) and nuts (almond), all harmonized with aromas from oak wood (smoke, coconut and vanilla).
Powerful and fresh taste, of great length and aromatic persistence of great intensity and complexity.
Excellent evolution of wine in bottle, towards shades of greater complexity, where there are also aromas of kerosene, honey and bitter orange rind, with a fresh mouth and full of aromatic sensations.
