Guitian Vintage Late 2011 50 CL is a late-harvest sweet wine with a distinctive Atlantic style.
The must with a high concentration of sugars ferments very slowly at low temperature during four weeks, spontaneously being carried out the fermentation, being naturally sweet. After maturing in storage during 6, the wine is bottled towards the month of June of the same year, remaining in a bottle-reducing ageing of more than three years in the winery.
Guitian Tasting note Late harvest 50 CL
Guitian Late harvest 50 CL is of intense golden yellow color with greenish hues. Intense and complex aromas of fruits of bone (peach) and citrus (orange rind and chinotto) with vegetable nuances (fennel) and a white flower finish (orange blossom).
Very powerful and fresh taste, excellent sweet-acid balance, great length and aromatic persistence of great intensity and complexity.
Excellent evolution of bottled wine, towards shades of greater complexity, where there are also aromas of kerosene, honey and bitter orange rind, with a fresh mouth full of aromatic sensations.
