The red wine Hacienda Monasterio is a spectacular wine of the denomination Ribera del Duero elaborated by Bodegas Hacienda Monasterio.
For the elaboration of this wine, it has the advice of the famous winemaker Peter Sisseck, the winemaker responsible for elaborating Pingus, one of the most famous and prestigious red wines in Spain.
Hacienda Monasterio Crianza is aged for 18 months in French oak casks.
Hacienda Monasterio is elaborated following a strict ecological agriculture, without using pesticides or herbicides.

Dark ruby-colored and shiny.
On the nose, the wine possesses complex, fresh and mineral aromas with notes of licorice and currants, in total harmony with barrel ageing.
In the mouth it is smooth and silky with polished tannins in equilibrium with fruit, minerality and acidity.
Its passage by mouth is structured and fresh, danto step to a long and fruity end with memories of its upbringing.
The balance combined with the finesse and structure augurs to this wine a great potential for ageing in the bottle.
