More info

Henri Bourgeois sancerre la Vigne Blanche is a white wine made in the region of Sancerre, France. The grapes come from hard calcareous soils called "Caillotes" located in the dizzying hills of Chavignol. The wine ferments between 15 and 18 °c in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and then leaves in contact with its Lees for 5 months to refine the complexity of the wine.

Tasting notes of Henri Bourgeois Sancerre La Vigne Blanche

Henri Bourgeois Sancerre La Vigne Blanche presents intense fruity aromas (Maracuya, kiwi) and Herbaceos-free touches, characteristic of the variety (freshly cut grass). In the mouth it is dry but glyceric and broad. It emphasizes its delicate minerality so characteristic in these wines (flint). Tremendously seductive for its freshness and friendly. Long and persistent.
