The white WINE IMPROMPTU is one of the best Sauvigon Blanc in Spain in recent years. Pablo Osorio, winemaker of the Bodegas Hispano Suizas, is departing with its calm and sparkling wines within the Valencian Community. With the new vintage of this monovarietal white wine, Paul has sought the identity of the terroir of the estate, getting with much art. Vinification in New American oak casks and the permanence on its lees until bottling gives it structure and unctuosity, which stand out above the typical herbaceous aromas of the variety. A wine more than recommended for many types of food, try it you will not be disappointed.
