Isleña is a beer produced, among others, with barley cultivated on the island of Ibiza.
Isleña is a Kölsch style ALE and is elaborated according to the Purity law of 1516, only 4 natural ingredients water, barley malt, hops and yeast.
Isleña is a clear beer, its tonality is bright yellow and has a prominent taste, but not the end of hops. Compared to a Pilsen, it's less bitter.
