José Pariente Cuvée Especial 2019

José Pariente Cuvée Especial is a white wine produced by the José Pariente winery with Verdejo under the Rueda D.O.

This is a deep Verdejo made in concrete tanks with outstanding white fruit nuances. The search for an original and different Verdejo, together with the analysis of new winemaking techniques, has led the winery to create a wine of exciting depth.

Harvested by hand in 20-kilogram boxes. Fermented in ovoid clay cement tanks. Their shape and the thermal differences between heights create a circular flow that facilitates the work of the lees.

Tasting notes of José Pariente Cuvée Especial

Sight: In the visual phase we can appreciate a straw yellow colour with greenish edges, bright.
Nose: Subtle nose, with lots of white and citrus fruit, hints of toast, smoked. Hints of tropical fruit but very delicate.
Palate: Silky and velvety entry, mineral touches, persistent.
