Julien Brocard Chablis 1er Cru Vaudevey is a biodynamic white wine made by domaine Julien Brocard from Chardonnay in Chablis, France.

In 2012 he launched the 7 Lieux series, which includes seven wines from the plots of the family winery Domaine Brocard. All these plots have been farmed biodynamically since 1998, going a step beyond organic farming, seeking stimulation and following natural, cosmic, lunar and biological rhythms, preparing and improving technical practices. All this to fully express the typicity of the Chablis soil.

The Julien Brocard Chablis 1st Cru Les Vaudevey vineyard faces east and offers grapes with great flavour, richness and minerality. The grapes are harvested by hand so that the grapes arrive intact at the winery, and once there they are gently pressed to obtain the must. It is then fermented in oak barrels and finally aged on the lees, which gives the wine fullness and complexity.

Julien Brocard Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaudevey is a floral white wine, complex, with fresh and mineral notes. The nose has floral notes (dandelion, peony) and aromas of lemon, quince and white chocolate. The taste is fresh and savoury with good acidity. Bright finish with marine notes.
