Håvaldsen Triple Cask Aquavit uses potato spirit as a base. By distilling all the herbs at the same time, water from the mountains is added after distillation. The herbs are well integrated into the final product and obtain the highest quality. Håvaldsen has been stored in three different barrels for 9 months in total, Sherry, Madeira and fine French oak.
