Finca Valhonta is born in high, cold and highly defined lands and ferments in concrete tanks designed and built exclusively for Lalomba. After a post-fermentation maceration for 12 days, the wine is placed in 500L French oak barrels. where it performs its malolactic fermentation. Aging lasts 14 months in those same barrels and then another eight months in concrete.
