Legaris Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine from Rueda made by Legaris with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Legaris Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards planted more than two decades ago in the Valladolid municipality of Peñafiel. Legaris Sauvignon Blanc is the result of a mechanical night harvest followed by alcoholic fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks at low temperature.
Tasting notes of Legaris Sauvignon Blanc
Appearance: Straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections.
Nose: Great aromatic intensity, with vegetal notes and tropical fruit aromas characteristic of this variety, as well as a mineral touch.
Palate: Ample and elegant, with a long aftertaste, where the aromas of the nose reappear.
