Wine Martí Serdà Sorbet rosé 2014 is a rosé wine of the D.O. Penedés elaborated by Caves Martí Serdá. Once the grape is received to the winery, after a peculiar cold maceration 10 hours, the must ferments slowly and drops to temperature for 20 days in a stainless tank. The result of this glass of Garnacha is a pale pink wine with a very soft and crisp pink color.

Martí Serdà sorbet Rosé Wine has a good intensity of elegant sutilez with floral memories and above all white fruit like apple and pear, together with touches of strawberry and grapefruit.
In the mouth it has a very lively and refreshing entrance, with a soft mouth and a slightly persistent volume that leaves a fresh and clean finish, with floral and fruity aromas in the retronasal.
