Description
Mastinell Cava Rosé Brut is a rosé cava produced by the Mastinell winery with the Trepat grape variety.
In the Brut Rosé, the protagonist is their native Trepat grape variety, a variety that they are increasingly mastering and of which they are particularly proud.
With a delicate maceration of between 6 and 8 hours depending on the year, they seek the subtle extraction of colour that defines the feminine and elegant character, enhanced after ageing.
Mastinell Rosé Tasting Notes
Pale pink colour. Fine, abundant bubbles. Aroma defined by notes of forest fruits.
Expressive palate marked by notes of berries, blackberries and raspberries.
