Mastinell Gisele Blanco 2021

Mastinell Gisele Blanco is an organic white wine produced by the Mastinell winery with the Xarel-lo variety in the Penedés DO.

Giselle is a prize for patience. The Xarel-lo plots in Sant Martí Sarroca were planted in 1936 and now it is their turn to reap the fruits of their perseverance. After the grapes are harvested by hand, they are gently pressed and the must is naturally clarified. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine rests for six months.

Tasting notes of Gisele

Light yellow with golden highlights. Floral aroma with a hint of cinnamon. Well structured on the palate with subtle citrus and vanilla notes. Leaves room for freshness, elegance and a lingering aftertaste.
